Since 1995 I have been involved in the RICS system of training now called the APC or assessment of professional competence. This part academic and part vocational system is continuously being developed and updated to match employer’s needs in a rapidly changing world. I have developed my own staff under both the RICS and NVQ systems so know the requirements well. I was initially a member of the RICS final interview panels for engineering. Having sat on this panel for twelve years, I now sit on the panel for final interview chairman covering building, civil and rail engineering. I have set up structured learning schemes for two companies in accordance with the RICS rules. This experience enables me to give your company the benefit of many years training and developing employees.
